Mass Rivals 15U squad made some serious noise down at the Philly Jam Fest this past weekend.  The Rivals knocked off Syracuse Select, Game 7 Sharks, Team Loaded, and Team Philly on the way to the title game, before losing to a DC Assault team that won the Pitt Jam Fest last weekend, and is the #1 ranked 15U team in the country.

Two keys to the Mass Rivals success were Elite Week alumni Eric D’Aguanno and Sherron Harris.

Eric D’Aguanno – 6’3″, Forward, Mass Rivals – D’Aguanno got his offense going this weekend, including a 16 point 13 rebound effort in the semifinals against Team Philly.  D’Aguanno was a rebounding force all tournament, reaching double digit rebounds on multiple occasions.

Sherron Harris – 6’0″, Guard, Mass Rivals – Harris didn’t have his best weekend offensively, but was able to be disruptive throughout the tournament using his length and foot speed to create havoc on the defensive end.  Look for Harris to improve throughout the spring and summer playing against some of the top competition in the country.
