On Monday of the Martin Luther King Day weekend, some of the areas top high school teams participated in the 2014 BABC Winter Classic, hosted at the Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center in Boston, MA.  A number of HEA alumni competed in the event.  Lets take a look at how each played.

Isaiah McLeod, Jakigh Dottin, and Cambridge Rindge and Latin School defeated St. Peter Marian 69-55.  McLeod set the tone offensively from the point guard spot, while freshmen Dottin finished with an impressive 12 points.

Charles Mitchell and New Mission High School defeated Central Catholic 58-50, in what was a matchup of MIAA powerhouse programs.  The Titans were led by Franklin Pierce University commit Asante Sandiford, who finished with 16 points and 8 rebounds.  New Mission’s defense was stifling, holding Fairfield University commit Tyler Nelson to just 10 points.
