Perhaps no young player in the country has seen his stock rise higher the HEA alumnus Tomas Murphy. The 6’7″ 8th grader landed his most recent high major offer from Head Coach Mark Turgeon and the University of Maryland, according to Sherwyn Cooper of BALLA’S TV, and the official Mass Rivals Twitter account. Murphy received the offer after an impressive performance playing with Mass Rivals 15U squad at adidas Super 64 to close out July live period. Maryland joins Boston College and URI as schools to offer Murphy.
