Elite Week alumni Bruce Brown (left) and Terance Mann (right) competed this weekend in the Beast of the East tournament presented by Zero Gravity.  Both players showed why they are considered high major talents, leading the BABC 10th and 11th grade squads to undefeated weekends.  HEA is looking forward to watching both of these student-athletes compete in the Nike EYBL this summer.  Lets take a look to see how they did over the weekend.

Bruce Brown – 6’3″, G, 2015 – Brown separates himself from most players because of his intensity on the defensive end, athleticism, and his will to win.  This weekend was no different, as Brown created turnovers in bunches on top of the BABC’s vaunted trapping defense.  Brown showed off his slashing ability, getting to the hoop with ease, and his athleticism by finishing off turnovers with powerful attacks above the rim.

Terance Mann – 6’5″, G, 2015 – Mann displayed his full offensive repertoire this weekend, knocking deep 3’s in bunches, and flashing his superior athleticism with monster finishes at the rim.  Claiming early interest from Boston College and Georgia Southern, Mann is on the verge of being in full breakout mode.  Look for Mann to contribute right away alongside Wayne Seldon at NEPSAC Class AA powerhouse Tilton School this winter.
