This past weekend, Nike EYBL 2013 kicked off in Los Angeles, CA.  New England had tremendous success as both BABC and Expressions Elite went 4-0.  Elite Week alumni Terance Mann and Bruce Brown both got there first taste of EYBL action with BABC.

Check out how each of our alumni did on the weekend.

Terance Mann – 6’5″, Guard, BABC – Mann played in all four contests for BABC, averaging 7.2 ppg, while shooting 63% from the field, and 67% from behind the arc.  Mann played his best game against the St. Louis Eagles where he finished with 21 points, 6 rebounds, 2 assists, and 1 steal, while shooting 80% from the field and was a perfect 2-2 from 3-point range.  Mann currently ranks 5th on the team in scoring.

Bruce Brown – 6’4″, Guard, BABC – Brown contributed off the bench throughout the weekend, playing his most significant minutes in a 63-52 victory over defending EYBL Champions Oakland Soldiers.  Look for Brown’s role to increase over the spring and summer as he makes the transition from the wing to the point guard spot.  In the meantime, Brown will serves as a valuable reserve who can defend all three guard spots, rebound, and run the floor on the break.
